Return Policy

All graphics are non refundable as well as any personalized items. We don't accept returns on any bows/headband items, once the item(s) leave the shop we will not accept it back. Clothing items we do however accept returns for an exchange for another size. Please contact us via email if you are having any issues with an order and we will gladly try to figure out a solution.
