Understanding how to order correctly
Personalize/Name Fill out with the name/saying you want to be displayed on the right side of the bow. Be sure to double-check your spelling; we are NOT responsible for spelling errors. We can not edit the order after it has been placed. If you realized you made an error, you will need to place an additional order and send us an email. As long as our editor has NOT started the order, we can refund the error. If the Editor has already begun, we can not refund due to the fees we pay to helpers.

Description: Describe the file you select with a few words and or elements in the image to help when checking strips. Not doing this can result in longer TAT or replacing the full order.
Strips are printed in-house; our turnaround time is up to 10-12 Business days. (This does not include weekends or Holidays/Major holidays) Please see our FAQ regarding TAT & shipping/holiday lists.
