Understanding how to order correctly
Personalize/Name Fill out with the name/saying you want to be displayed on the right side of the bow. Be sure to double-check your spelling; we are NOT responsible for spelling errors. Once the order is placed, NO CHANGES can be made. If you spelled something wrong, you will have to repurchase an additional strip—no refunds or chargebacks on personalized items. If a chargeback is filed at ANY time, legal actions will be taken & permanently removed from ordering again.

Strips are edited and printed in-house; our turnaround time is typically 10-12 Business days. This can change at any time if needed. We will update our fabric group if this were to change temporarily. (This does not include weekends or Holidays/Major holidays) Please see our FAQ regarding TAT & shipping/holiday lists.
